The Church
of Nuestra Senora del Rosario was established in 1698. However, it wasn't until
1776 that it was made a parish. However, the parish was left without a pastor
as a result of the revolution's demolition of the church and departure of
priests. It wasn't until 1910 that a priest was assigned to care for its
spiritual requirements.
